Support Warranty | Drivers * Computer Care Warranty Plans Computer Care US Corp comes with “Warranty Plans” to facilitate the handling of computers in the unlikely event that they do need servicing.
All Sales are final. We do not take back any merchandise.
However we do provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product OR replace it with comparable product when direct replacement is unavailable.
Any replacement Parts or Products will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or Product, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.
For repair & upgrade services, warranty is covered only for the Hardware parts. Company does not provide warranty or return for Software or Data loss.
No warranty coverage for third party software compatibility issues.
No returns or warranty on Software Sale or Repair.
Warranty is granted on Products when received with Original Box and Original Sales Receipt/ Invoice issued at the time of purchase.
Warranty on new computer hardware is valid only if the Info/Warranty sheet is shown. This Info/Warranty sheet is given to the Customer at the time of purchase of the new computer.
Computers and Hardware: The warranty plan includes one year service on new
systems, parts and labor plus lifetime technical support related to hardware. Warranty on parts is covered against any manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one from the date of purchase. You may extend the warranty period for an additional charge of $199 per year.
Motherboards and CPUs: Boxed Motherboards (Intel, ASUS) and Boxed CPU (Intel, AMD) carry Three-Year Direct Warranty from the Manufacturer. Any OEM CPU comes with Ninety (90) days warranty.
Monitors and Hard Drives: Monitors carry Three-Year warranty directly from the manufacturer, whereas the Hard Drive bears One-Year warranty service from the manufacturer.WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS.
COMPUTER CARE DOES NOT WARRANT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Damage caused by failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the product and/or accessories.
Damage caused by Physical impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids.
Damage caused by a power surge or a disaster such as fire, flood, wind, earthquake, or lightning.
Damage caused by attachments, alterations, modifications or foreign objects.
Damage caused by accessories.
Damage caused by the use of the product or accessories for purposes other than those for which they are customarily used.
Damage from improper installation or maintenance.
Damage caused by any other abuse, misuse, mishandling, or misapplication.
Services rendered by companies other than Computer Care.
Damage caused by programs, data, viruses, or other files.
Damage resulting from your failure to back-up your data or other files.
Data loss. Backup all files before returning the product and/or accessories for repair or replacement. Computer Care recommends that you have an external back-up system at all times to reconstruct lost or altered files, data, or programs. Computer Care is not responsible for any loss of your data.
Computer Care is not responsible for lost business or revenues.
Although special orders are welcome, any cancellation of the special order may have up to a 20% (twenty- percent) restocking fee applied.
